I'm new to Tampa and I'm worried that as a graduate student, I'll have a hard time making friends. Is there an activity fair or something where student organizations gather or should I go exploring on campus? Thank you!

First off, welcome to USF! We recommend attending some of our Week of Welcome events. We’ve got hundreds of events and activities planned for new and returning students.
You’ll definitely want to check out Round Up- it’s our biggest WOW event! Starting at 7:00 p.m., they’ll be a student organization fair. At 8:00 p.m., we’ll have the first pep rally of the year. After that, comedian Mike Epps will be performing. It’s happening on Thursday, August 30 in the USF Sun Dome.
